ADSS optical cable parameters and models

ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) optical cables are non-metallic, self-supporting aerial fiber cables designed for installation along or near power lines, available in single or double sheath designs with fiber counts from 12 to 432.

ADSS cables are all-dielectric, meaning they contain no metallic components, allowing installation near high-voltage lines without electromagnetic interference. They are suitable for aerial transmission and distribution, supporting live-line installation and harsh environmental conditions .
